Site delivery and enquiries
The server may record IP address, request time and address, browser data, response status and referrer in technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site. If you use the form, we process the name, business email, selected subject, message, language, time and consent record to store, route and answer the enquiry.
First-party aggregate measurement
HARAIZEN records page, language, broad source category and selected conversion events on its own server without a visitor ID, advertising profile or raw IP address in the analytics table. This operational measurement does not set analytics cookies.
Optional third-party analytics
Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics 4 load only after your separate choice. They may receive browser identifiers, device data, viewed page, visit time and IP address. Names, emails, enquiry text and user IDs are not sent as analytics parameters. Analytics does not start on URLs with a query string, fragment or unknown path.
Limits, recipients and countries
Webvisor, click maps, form analytics, automatic link tracking, Google Signals, detailed location and device collection, user-provided data and ad personalization are disabled. Selected services are operated by Yandex and Google. Google may process data outside Russia, including in the United States.
Retention, withdrawal and rights
Your choice expires after 180 days. GA4 event and user data retention is set to two months without renewal on activity; aggregate reports may remain longer. Withdraw through Cookie settings in the footer. You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion using the contact above. Withdrawal stops future requests from this browser but does not automatically erase data already sent.
Email delivery
Form requests are recorded by HARAIZEN and may be passed to a transactional email provider for delivery to info@haraizen.tech. You can also write to that address directly.
